  • Alec Borlin, CPA

    MANAGING PARTNER

    Alec is a CPA and former public accountant turned multi-award-winning recruiter. Alec started his career working in tax at a top public accounting firm. He later transitioned to recruiting at a Global Fortune 500 recruitment firm where he hit champions club every year except his rookie year. Alec later launched BGC Search to start his entrepreneurial journey. He now combines his extensive Staffing & Recruitment industry experience and accounting foundations to help other Staffing & Recruiting firm owners/founders tackle the challenges of accounting and taxation.

  • Igor Tutelman, CPA

    MANAGING PARTNER

    Igor is a CPA and startup connoisseur. Igor worked in Big 4 and corporate America, but most of his career has been spent founding and growing tech startups. His experience from the business owners’ shoes allows him to advise our clients not only as a CPA but as someone who has done it before. Igor specializes in accounting, tax strategy/compliance, setups, cleanups, restructuring, and buying and selling businesses.
